57-year-old Samuel Vires III faces charges after his arrest by Hoopeston Police.  Officers were called to the Carle Hoopeston Regional Health Center early Tuesday.  Vires allegedly threatened a public official.  He's also charged with making a terrorist threat, aggravated assault, and disorderly conduct.  Details about the incident were not disclosed. Vires will be arraigned in Vermilion County Court.
