The Indiana State Fire Marshal and State Police are investigating a fatal house in Monticello (IN). Two persons were found deceased inside the home. There are no identifications at this time.

Fire crews from several departments responded after White County Sheriff’s Police received the call just before 2 am. Firemen found the house fully engulfed at 3248 North Lakeshore Drive.  State Police Detectives confirmed two people died in the fire.

The fire is an active investigation by the Indiana State Police and the Indiana Fire Marshal.
