There’s a plan in the City of Watseka to complete a housing needs survey. And Mayor John Allhands is asking for community-wide involvement to gather what could be valuable information.
The city and the Illinois Housing Development Authority (IHDA) plan to complete a Housing Needs Assessment and Economic Development Plan. It’s part of an overall Community Revitalization Strategy.
Mayor Allhands said the city invites all residents to take a little time to complete the Community Needs Assessment Survey. The survey response is completely anonymous. Questions can be answered in just a few minutes.
