43-year-old George Collins of Indianapolis was jailed in White County, IN on felony counts of  criminal recklessness with a firearm, possession of stolen property and pointing a firearm.  Indiana State Police responded to a 9-1-1 call (Monday) that a vehicle had been shot at while southbound on I-65.  A description of the vehicle led police to a stop, several occupants were removed from the vehicle.  An investigation led to Collins having been the person who shot at the vehicle.  A bullet hole was found in the windshield of the victim's car.  No one was injured.
