A head-on collision involving two trucks along I-74 in Champaign County this morning (Thursday) has left serious injuries. Illinois State Police report the east bound lanes were blocked and traffic was re-routed off the Interstate.

I-74 west bound traffic in the area of the crash was also reported down to one lane due to debris from the crashed semis. State Police say this will be a lengthy closure and clean-up process.
