Some Illinois pharmacies suggest customers call ahead to check on ordered-subscriptions. Apparently, pharmacy outlets have run into roadblocks in getting orders verified.

Pharmacies across the nation have reported struggling to fill some prescriptions – what’s considered key software has caused a network outage.
It’s not known which pharmacies, or how many, are affected.

Customers are advised it may be a day-long issue before any disruption is resolved.
