DUI arrests made by Illinois State police included a Kankakee man and a St. Anne motorist. 56-year-old Jose Juarez was stopped on Route 45/52 at Jeffrey Street in Kankakee. During a roadside safety check, the Kankakee man showed signs of impairment. In addition to the DUI arrest, Juarez was cited for illegal transportation of alcohol, no valid driver’s license and a violation of equipment.

51-year-old Martin Cintora of St. Anne was arrested for DUI after his vehicle was observed crossing the centerline on Schuyler Avenue. Cintora was also cited for improper lane usage.
