A police pursuit in Warren County, IN yesterday (Tuesday) ended with the arrest of a Manteno (IL) woman. 23-year-old Rhiannon Coy was closed by Indiana State Police at 91 mph. And she was in a work zone with workers present. Despite the attempted stop, Coy led a pursuit from U.S. 41 to SR 63. The stop was finally made at CR 725 S. Coy was jailed in Warren County on felony charges of Resisting Law Enforcement with a Vehicle and Reckless Driving.
