"Ways to Live a Heart Healthy Life -- from age 0 - 100" features Marsha Hubert, RN, Cardiac Rehab as the presenter.  Thursday's program is from 10 - 10:30 am.

"Eat Smart for a Healthy Heart" is presented by Registered Dietitian, Director of Resource Development & Nutrition Services, Holly Isaac.  The program is from 10:30 am - 11 am.

Free blood pressure screens will be provided from 10 am 'til Noon by the Iroquois Home Health Team.
