- Iroquois Memorial Hospital is pleased to welcome Susan A. Hanson, FNP-BC, to the IMH Medical Group Clinic in Milford. Susan A. Hanson is a Professional Family Nurse Practitioner with six years experience in clinic, convenient care, and long term care environments.

Since 2014, Hanson has worked with Carle Hoopeston Regional Medical Center - Charlotte Ann Russell Medical Center (where she was honored with multiple Gold Star Awards), Cissna Park Medical Clinic, and Gibson Area Hospital - Gibson Health of Hoopeston. From newborn to geriatric, Hanson provides comprehensive care for a variety of patients, and has a special interest in working with diabetic patients.

“I am dedicated to providing compassionate and holistic care for all of my patients, by educating them about all aspects of their current health issues and how together, we can move forward to improve their health. I believe in the importance of preventative health, to help patients live longer, healthier, and happier lives.”,  Hanson said.
