The Iroquois County Board (Tuesday) received an appreciation note from the Ford-Iroquois Farm Bureau. Bureau Director David Treece and member Howard Loy presented the Iroquois County Board with the “Ally in Agriculture Award” -- a Thank You for the Board’s March Pro-Ag Resolution, recognizing what Iroquois County’s Ag production is all about and what it means for the economy.  Recent numbers posted by the USDA shows Iroquois County a leading producer for corn and soybeans in the state and the Midwest.
