A Thawville woman, 48-year-old Dawn Williams, was arreated by Iroquois County sheriff deputies after a traffic stop.  Police reported several violations led to the stop and it was learned Williams had an outstanding warrant out of Kankakee County for failing to appear for possession of a controlled substance. Williams was held for a court appearance.

A Crescent City man was arrested after sheriff deputies responded to a domestic altercation in rural Crescent City.  Donald Rudisill is charged with aggravated domestic battery.

Iroquois County deputies arrested a Champaign man. 41year-old Demetrice Miller was being held at the Champaign County Jail on an arrest warrant out of Iroquois County for failing appear on a DUI charge.
