Iroquois County: Police blotter >

Two persons wanted on Iroquois County warrants turned themselves in to authorities at the Iroquois County Jail Monday.  39-year-old Eric Deaton of Milford was wanted for Possession of Meth.  A Florida resident, Azarious Springer-Cantrell of Tampa Bay, was wanted for the Manufacture and Delivery of Cannabis. 

Iroquois County deputies also arrested 31-year-old Thomas Wray of Hoopeston for Criminal Damage to Property.  Sheriff's Polcie also report the arrest of 45-year-old Javier Aguirre pf Milford.  He was wanted on a local warrant for Theft. 

An Ashkum woman was arrested for Domestic Battery and Aggravated Assault.  40-year-old Anna Munoz posted bond and was released.

A 17-year-old Watseka motorist was ticketed by Iroquois County Sheriff's Police after a two-vehicle collision at a rural intersection.  Zoey Krueger failed to stop at a stop sign at 1400 N and 1500 E.  She was southbound and collided with the westbound unit driven by 42-year-old Kimberly Russo of Normal.  Minor injuries were reported.  Krueger was cited for Disobeying a Stop Sign.  Police reported the Krueger vehicle caught fire in the roadside ditch.  Crescent Fire and EMS and Riverside Ambulance responded.
