Danville man wanted in Texas
29-year-old Domonique Hoskins of Danville was jailed inWatseka and was waiting to be extradited to Texas to face a DUI charge. Iroquois County deputies arrested Hoskins (Friday 3/28) during a traffic stop. It was revealed Hoskins was wanted in Erath County, TX on a warrant. He was a passenger in a vehicle stopped in Iroquois County.
Sunday, Iroquois County Deputies arrested 44-year-old Christopher Cronk of Gilman. According to police reports, Deputies recognized Cronk in the area of Main St. and Front St. in Gilman. Deputies knew Cronk to have an Iroquois County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while under the influence. Cronk was taken into custody and transported to the Iroquois County Jail where he remains awaiting his next court appearance.
Also Sunday - Iroquois County Deputies responded to a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of 1300 E. and 200 N., rural Cissna Park. Andrew Conrad of Cissna Park disregarded a yield sign and struck a vehicle driven by Ciara Mann of Milford. During the investigation of the crash, it was determined that Conrad had a revoked Illinois
license. It was also later determined that Deputies believed Conrad was under the influence of alcohol. Conrad was taken into custody and charged with driving while license revoked and driving under the influence of alcohol. Conrad was taken to the Iroquois County Jail where he was later released on a notice to appear.
