A Milford man was arrested on a warrant Monday for being a fugitive from justice. 31-year-old Christian Leach was returned to Benton County, Indiana.  Iroquois County deputies were aware of the active warrant, taking Leach into custody.

Iroquois County deputies report the arrest of 36-year-old Erritt Carlson of Donovan after a reported disturbance.  Carlson was allegedly involved in reckless behavior.  The investigation led to an arrest for reckless conduct, endangering the safety of another person. Carlson was given a notice to appear.

29-year-old Christopher Jaworski of Onarga will serve a sentence following a conviction for 3-counts of aggravated DUI.  Jaworski turned himself in at the Iroquois County Jail.
