Iroquois County: Sheriff's Police arrest 2 on warrants

A Rantoul man, 32-year-old Terrance Cunningham, was arresed on an outstanding Iroquois County warrant for two-counts of violating an order of protection.

Deputies also arrested 37-year-old Joshua Schroeder of Catlin (IL) on warrants out of Vermilion County and Louisiana.  Schroeder was charged on the Vermilion warrant for fraud while it was learned he was wanted for being a fugitive from justice in Louisiana.  He was jailed in Watseka and will face extradition to Danville and then to Louisiana.

Iroquois County also returned a Markham man to Watseka to face charges of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon.  21-year-old Samuel Tutwiler was retrieved from the Department of Corrections in Joliet.   He spent 90 days locked up and now faces the weapon's offense locally after he was arrested on I-57 by Illinois State Police.
