Iroquois Grand Jury Indictments

Thirty-four year-old Phillip Horrell of Kankakee faces indictment for residential burglary and theft. He was among nine defendants indicted last week in Watseka.  Horrell was under investigation by Iroquois County Sheriff's Police for enterinbg a Chebanse home, stealing a diamond tennis bracelet with diamonds, a 3-stone wedding band, ruby and diamond earrings, and other pieces of jewelry.

26-year-old Adam Khan of Milford was indicted for Unlawful Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.  He failed to register an Internet Communications Identity on a Facebook account.

30-year-old Avery Durflinger Jr. of Watseka faces a Theft charge.  Iroquois County Sheriff's Police report Durflinger stole copper pipe at a residence north of Watseka.

A Chatsworth woman, 26-year-old Nicole Knade, faces a Theft charge.  Gilman Police and Sheriff's deputies investigated a reported theft from a residence involving several pieces of jewelry.  The defendant pawned the items at a pawn store in Kankakee.
