A 30-year-old Kankakee man now faces an Aggravated DUI charge for Monday’s crash on Route 113. Dragan D. Suznjevic was arrested for with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving under the influence of drugs. The crash near Kankakee County Road 4000 W left another 65-year-old Kankakee man in serious condition.

Suznjevic was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The 65-yr-old had life-threatening injuries, according to a police report. The crash happened about 6:20 a.m. Monday. Police stated Sooz-nuh-vic was westbound on Route 113 when his van crossed the center line and hit an SUV head-on.
