(Washington, D.C.) -- It's judgment day for Former Congressman Jesse Jackson Jr. He'll find out whether he'll spend time behind bars for spending 750-thousand dollars in campaign funds on personal items, like buying his mistress a 40-thousand dollar Rolex.
Jackson pled guilty to the charges earlier this year.
Prosecutors want him to spend at least four years in prison for his crimes. Jackson's mental health issues may play a role in how the judge rules.
