Authorities in Nebraska have arrested a man accused of kidnapping a woman in Indiana, handcuffing her and driving her to Nebraska.  Nebraska State Patrol reports 52-year-old William Brittingham of DeMotte (IN) is currently at the Hall County Jail awaiting extradition back to Indiana.  Nebraska troopers spotted him Wednesday night driving a pickup truck westbound on Interstate 80.   Police had been on the lookout for Brittingham after getting a call from Indiana authorities indicating he might be in Nebraska.  A warrant had been issued for his arrest.
