The City of Watseka welcomes visitors Tuesday for the annual 4th of July Parade and fireworks show.  The 10 am parade carries the theme "Red, White & Blue" with registration still open for interested entries.  The parade route will include the Watseka Festival Committee handing out Free Lemonaide Shake-ups.  The Committee's weekend end was postponed, a fundraiser for its August event at Legion Park.  The lemon-aid give-aways are while supplies last.

Momence and Beecher have firework displays at dusk.  KCC hosts the annual entertainment and fireworks at the Kankakee campus.  Fowler, IN is hosting a 4th of July Festival with events today (Monday) and Tuesday.  Fireworks are planned at dusk Tuesday, 10 pm in the park.
