Kankakee County Circuit Clerk Case Management System Change

Kankakee County Circuit Clerk office has gone live with a new court case management system. All in all, the transition has been a smooth one but there is one exception.

As part of this implementation, they installed a new public-facing website that will provide information to members of the public and legal community, sharing basic case information such as hearing dates, etc. This public facing website is called Portal. The Portal is currently being tested internally by Kankakee staff. The “live”
site is anticipated to be available in early November.

As an interim solution, they are setting up public access to case information at the Courthouse in Room 209. Room 209 will be open and available on weekdays during regular court hours.
