There will be an appeal, but convicted killer Rex Frank was sentenced to life in prison Friday in Kankakee Court. Judge Clark Erickson called Frank a “cold-blooded murderer.” Frank was convicted for the shooting death of Sarah Washington in June of 2014. Washington was an aspiring model. shot twice in the head in her Kankakee apartment. The Daily-Journal reports Frank is already serving a 45-year prison term for the murder of Riam Maiden in July of 2014. He’s also appealing that sentence.
