The 25th year of the Farmers' Market opens in downtown Kankakee Saturday morning. The populat outdoor event finds several vendors setting up shop.  Organizers say more than 50 vendors will participate. Musical entertainers add to the fun, local musicians will perform.  Hours for the market are from 8 am until 12 Noon in the parking lot at Schuyler Avenue and E. Merchant Street.

The Farmers' Market runs every Saturday from May through October.
