A 27-year-old Kankakee man is dead after a shooting late Wednesday afternoon. Terrell Love was identified by the Coroner’s Office. Love was shot multiple times in the 500-block of N. Evergreen Avenue. Police reported the shooting happened just before 6 pm.

Police are seeking anyone who knows anything about the shooting, which was one of at least shootings reported Wednesday. Call Crime Stoppers with info.

Police also reported shooting incidents in the 900 block of East Chestnut and in the 300-block of North Evergreen.
