A Kankakee man is charged with having child pornography. Illinois State Police report 35-year-old Joseph Lookingbill was arrested Tuesday following a brief investigation at his Schuyler Avenue home. A search warrant revealed that electronics owned by the suspect had child exploitation material on them. Lookingbill was transported to the Kankakee County Jail.
