Kankakee City Police are looking for leads as the investigation continues into a fatal shooting Monday night.  25-year-old Juwan Hampton of Park Forest suffered fatal wounds in the shooting on North Park Avenue around 11 pm.  Five people fleeing in a vehicle were detailed and questioned but released pendinbg further investigation.  The gunplay was one of several incidents in the city.  Mayor Chris Curtis took to social media to let the public know the administration isn't hiding from the weapon problems.  But he said the public needs to help by stepping up to say what they know.  Anyone with info needs to contact police at 815-933-0426.
