Kankakee Police made two arrests in connection with the Wednesday murder of 44-year-old Thomas P. Isitt III, of Plano that took place at 1170 E. Court Street in Kankakee.

Kankakee Police investigators took 18-year-old, Amir A. Mays and 21-year-old, Lani M. Bronkala, both of Bourbonnais, into custody after learning they were hiding out in a house in the 300 block of E. Water Street in Bourbonnais.

Mays and Bronkala were booked into the Jerome Combs Detention Center on charges of: Murder with Intent to Kill/ Injure and Armed Robbery.
