Keeping Kids Safe Project in Watseka Saturday

A local Watseka business is hosting the Keeping Kids Safe Project by S.I.P. Kids on Saturday, August 8th.  The program invites the public to Watseka, Chrysler Dodge Jeep from 10 am 'til 2 pm.

The Keeping Kids Safe Project is a national child safety organiztion touring the country providing free FBI quality digital fingerprints for children.  The free child safety fair welcomes families and parents to take advantage of the record-keeping program.  Parents can use the record to turn over to authorities anywhere in the world to instantly aid in any investigation.

"Police officials say time is crucial in the recovery of missing children.  Precious time can be lost in gathering current photos, fingerprints and personal information to assist law enforcement," says National Director of S.I.P. Kids, Lytishya Borglum.

Other community organizations will be involved with Saturday's program.  All the kids activities are free.
