A 59-year-old Kentland, IN man was pronounced dead at the scene of an accident Friday.  Richard Williams was found pinned under his van, which apparently rolled back over him.  Newton County Sheriff's Police reported Williams had gone to his property site and had gone to secure a gate when his van malfunctioned and began rolling backwards. Police report Williams had gone behind the van to stop it from rolling into the road.
