Call it a fence or call it a wall, one Illinois congressman says he now believes wholeheartedly that the U.S. needs something along the border with Mexico.

Congressman Adam Kinzinger went to Facebook yesterday (Monday) to make the case for a border barrier. Kinzinger spent a couple of weeks on the border as part of a National Guard deployment. He said the experience changed his mind.
