Iroquois County Treasurer Mindy Kuntz-Hagan is announcing her re-election bid for 2014. 

She has a combined 33-yeras in state and county government.  She says there's been many changes over the years and Kuntz-Hagan says she's made cuts in her department budget and will continue to focus on cost-cutting while still providing the citizens of the county with the service they deserve.

Mindy and her husband, Mick, live in rural Sheldon and say they're fortunate to be raising their 9-year-old daughter on the same farmstead Mick was raised.
