Newton County Sheriff's Police are investigating the robbery of a gas station in Lake Village, IN.  The AMSTAR station, south of U.S. 41 and State Road 10, was held up about 8 pm Saturday. Polcie said a male described as 5-5 to 5-8 with a slim build entered the business and demanded money.  No weapon was displayed.  He then fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of money. The suspect was wearing a black trench coat style jacket, a dark green stocking cap, jeans and black gloves.
