The East Central Illinois Community Action Agency's Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program is providing one-time energy bill payment help to qualified customers. Applications will be taken by appointment on a first-come, first-served basis.

A Power Blitz is scheduled for Friday, January 10th, 2014 from 8 am 'til 4 pm at the Community Action Office on N. Central Street in Gilman. For appointments, call 815-265-4685 or 217-379-2071.
