The investigation continues into a single-vehicle accident that claimed a life in Livingston County Sunday. Coroner Danny Watson said 18-year-old Nicholas Vanover of Strawn was pronounced dead at the scene. He as alone in a sport-vehicle when it crashed in Chatsworth Township. Watson reported the victim was wearing a seat belt.

Vermilion Valley E-911 dispatched the emergency call just after 3 pm to 3550 East and 500 North roads, south of Chatsworth. Sheriff’s Police and the Coroner are investigating.
