A Livingston County man was arrested and is now facing drug and criminal sexual assault charges.  38-year-old Eduardo Pozos Jr. of Chatsworth was arrested (Wednesday) when officers executed a search warrant. Pozos was taken into custody and will be detained pending trial.  He's jailed in Pontiac.  Chatsworth Police report Pozos is facing six counts of criminal sexual assault of a victim between 13-17, and one count of manufacturing/delivering cocaine and two counts of possession of a controlled substance.

The Fairbury Police Department, Livingston County Sheriff’s Department, Livingston County State’s Attorney’s Office, Livingston County Children’s Advocacy Center were all involved in the case.
