37-year-old Earl Burnett of Fairbury was sentenced to five years in prison for Possession of Child Porn. Burnett pleaded guilty to Child Porn and Aggravated Battery in Livingston County Court. He was arrested in the Spring of 2021 after an investigation led to the execution of a search warrant. Fairbury Police and Livingston County Sheriff’s Department conducted the investigation along with the A-G’s Division of Crimes Against Children Task Force.
