The first of six individuals in a major Livingston County narcotics case pleaded guilty. 48-year-old Misty Spiker of Pontiac admitted her role in the unlawful delivery of cocaine and other related charges. Spiker was sentenced to 10 years in prison. Prosecutors said a search warrant at a Pontiac residence revealed several drugs and U.S. currency was also seized.
The Livingston County Proactive Unit, Pontiac Tactical Response Team, Dwight Police Department and other agencies arrested six individuals after an investigation into selling of drugs on July 24th of this year.
34-year-old Lanail Davis of Chicago was charged with the unlawful delivery of cocaine and possession of a controlled substance. 33-year-old Jacob Mascolo of Pontiac was charged with the unlawful delivery of meth and for possession of meth. Mascolo was charged with a class X felony meth dealing charge in early July from Livingston County. 24-year-old Victoria Onken of Pontiac is facing a drug dealing charge from the investigation. 43-year-old Chad Steffens of Pontiac was charged with possession of narcotics.
Court records also show 41-year-old Gina Cullotta of Pontiac was charged with the unlawful delivery of a controlled substance. These remaining five individuals arrested as part of this investigation had their court cases continued into the new year.
