House Speaker Mike Madigan says he's done everything Governor Rauner has asked. Madigan yesterday released a series of 'accomplishments' he says are actually the governor's budget demands. The Speaker says Democrats approved their own versions of workers' comp reform, a property tax freeze, business incentives, and procurement reforms. Governor Rauner says all of the measures fall short of what the state needs. {Metro News}
