The Daily-Journal reports 55-yr-old Raymond R. Schwass, of Kankakee, was arrested by Kankakee police for throwing items off the Interstate 57 Exit 308 overpass (Sunday).

Police were called to the overpass where Schwass was alleged to have hit a vehicle with a brick. At least five vehicles were struck by objects. Bond was set at $20,000. Schwass was charged with reckless conduct and damaging property.
