Felony charges have been filed against a Livingston County man arrested twice within hours. The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department reports the arrest (Sunday) of 41-year-old Kenneth Murphy of Manville.

Murphy is charged with disorderly conduct. A few hours after posting bond, Murphy was arrested again after breaking into a home and injuring another person.

Murphy faces a class X felony charges of home invasion, two counts of Aggravated Battery, and three counts of domestic battery. He also had two prior convictions, all class four felonies.

Murphy remains in the Livingston County Jail.
