Four vehicles were involved in a traffic accident Tuesday morning on U-S Route 45/52 at 11000 N Road in Kankakee County. Three people were taken to area hospitals, according to Illinois State Police. Police reported 20-year-old Lauran Daly of Manteno was northbound when she veered into the southbound lane. Her car collided with a semi that was southbound. Two vehicles following the semi were also involved. Daly and two others were treated for minor injuries. Those injured were taken to Riverside and Presence St. Mary’s hospitals. 94.1 WGFA
