State Police report the arrest of a Manteno man for operating a lawn tractor while under the influence of alcohol. 35-year-old Anthony Roulo was found stopped on Illinois Route 50 Sunday morning.

Police said the lawn tractor did not have working lights, and when the trooper smelled alcohol on Roulo's breath, he refused a field sobriety test. An open beer was also found the mower deck.
State Police reported the incident happened at ten-past midnight Sunday morning.
