The Village of Manteno is announcing the opening of the Fitness Court at Legacy Park.  The official opening also welcomes the public to a Community Grand Opening on Saturday, September 3 at 9 am. 

Village officials have partnered with Blue Cross- Blue Shield of Illinois, Manteno Township and National Fitness Campaign (NFC) to bring an outdoor Fitness Court to Manteno.  It was developed to expand free access to high-quality workouts and create equitable access to exercise for communities around the state. 

Workouts are adaptable for all fitness levels, allowing participants to move at their own pace.  Users may also download the free Fitness Court App, whichb acts as a coach-in-your-pocket and enhances the outdoor gym into a digitally supported wellness experience.
