Several agencies are cooperating to offer a 3-day mass vaccination event for Kankakee County next week.  

The Kankakee County Health Department with support from the Illinois Department of Public Health, the Illinois National Guard, Amita St. Mary’s Hospital, Kankakee County Sheriff’s Office, the NAACP, and the Illinois Migrant Council are hosting a three-day mass vaccination event. The vaccine administered will be Johnson and Johnson, a one-dose Covid-19 vaccine.

The event’s dates are May 18th, 19th, and 20th located at Kankakee First Church of the Nazarene on N. Entrance Avenue.  It's open to all residents 18 and older.

In addition, if you received your first dose Moderna vaccine at the previous National Guard clinic held April 20, 21, or 22nd, please return for your second dose of Moderna. No registration is required for your second dose.
