The Livingston County Proactive Unit arrested 38-year-old David Stites and 57-year-old Kevin Hickman in Pontiac Monday. Both men are from Charleston (IL). The arrests followed an ongoing  narcotics investigation. During the investigation, over 56 grams of meth, US currency and a vehicle were seized. Stites and Hickman were charged on felony counts of Unlawful Delivery of Meth.  Both individuals remain in the Livingston County Jail.
