Meth lab discovered in Watseka, two arrested

Watseka Police located an active Meth lab (Thursday). Acting on a tip of a possible meth lab at an E. Walnut Street location, police investigated, then obtained a search warrant and found met-making materials, hypodermic needles and drug paraphernalia.

29-year-old Thyrl Fisk and 28-year-old Marisa Fisk, both Watseka residents, are charged with possession of methamphetamine, participating in meth manufacturing, possession of meth precursors and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Police say more arrests are expected.

The case was carried out by the Watseka Enforcement Team in cooperation with the Iroquois County Sheriff's Office and the Iroquois County State's Attorney's office.
