A new school building, state of the art technology, a spacious learning setting offering opportunities, and just a rejuvenated a learning atmosphere has lifted spirits throughout the community.
It’s a proud feeling. And the public can see what it’s all about this Sunday.
The Milford Area Public School (MAPS #124) is hosting an Open House to show off what the community has made happen.
A $17.5 million dollar improvement program , approved by voters, now finds students and teachers enjoying the new surroundings. Just two months into a new school year, and the learning atmosphere is thru the roof. The new high school, upgraded grade school, and all else included will be on display for tours.
A special program will include many officials who made it happen, including the school board and top administration.
Rochelle Deno, a parent who’s son is a senior, says he’s showing a new willingness to be involved in such a positive setting and she’s excited knowing he’s in a comfortable building.
Barb Davis calls herself a taxpayer, and proud to have supported such a community asset.
