25-year-old Angela Julian of Milford was jailed in Iroquois County (Tuesday) after her arrest in a business parking lot. Watseka Police report Julian pushed a cart of products out of the local Wal-Mart. Police used video to identify the woman and the car she was leaving in.

Julian was charged with retail theft and possession of a controlled substance, after suspected Meth and hypodermic needles were found in her possession.
