Sheriff’s Police in Newton County, IN are alerting the public of a missing teen from Goodland (IN). 17-year-old David Spencer Jr. is described as 5-11, 220 pounds with a muscular build. He was last seen around midnight (Thursday)…last seen driving a Silver Honda Civic…black & Red seat covers… Indiana plate #: 8 2 2 R H L
